INTERNSHIP PROGRAM

AMSEAS internships allow college students to gain valuable hands-on experience in stranding response, conservation, education, and research.

Dates

Duration

We ask for a minimum 10-week commitment and a minimum of 100 hours.

Eligibility

An internship applicant must be enrolled in an accredited university or college program at the undergraduate or graduate level. Students must have a minimum GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. High school students are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Financial Support and Housing

Due to AMSEAS’s status as a nonprofit organization, internship positions are unpaid. AMSEAS is unable to provide or arrange for intern housing.
